Anxiety Release- Aromatherapy Gem/ Flower Essence "Myst"

I created this blend to help to decompress, tune out, and uplift.. We are all so overloaded and over utilized in our lives and as a result, are becoming depleted and burned out. . Whether it be from sitting at a desk all day, in front of a computer, in a car driving to and fro, or just out in the frenetic energy of the world.... Anxiety hits us all, and sometimes without notice...This blend shifts that energy from a high stress place, to a milder, place of ease and joy.. I have used a combination of stones, Flower Essences, and Essential Oils to help with this process. To become serene, present, and at ease. Included within this blend are Lemon Balm and Anxiety Flower Essences from Green Hope Farm with a Red Shiso Base, for added protection and release.. I have charged all of the stones in Full Moon and Sunlight. The base is pure spring water undiluted Mother Essence, with 20% brandy as a stabilizer.

This blend is light enough to use on your Pets, and safe for Children as well. I use the "Myst" on both myself and my dogs to ensure a calm environment free of the heavy energy that is so present in the world.. As a Nanny, I also utilize all of my Essences with my kids.

The Organic Essential oils used are Grapefruit; Orange; Bergamot & Tangerine; The stones used are :Stichtite; Lithium Quartz; Muscovite; Lepidolite. There are Aventurine crystals within the bottle, to further charge the Essence. This "Myst" is light enough to spray on linens as well, before or after sleep.
