This tea was created for those who suffer with candida overgrowth or need some anti-fungal properties in their diet. This tea is jam packed with anti-fungal, blood purifying, digestive and mood boosting herbs. This can be used as a preventative or when out of balance.
Pau d arco- Anti fungal great for candida
Olive leaf- antifungal
Peppermint- digestion
St johns wort- detoxifying and mood boosting
Cinnamon bark- anti fungal, digestion, anti parasitic, blood purifying
Shatavari root - great for candida
Flavor: Minty, earthy and subtly sweet and spiced.
Pairs: well with Vanilla Cinnamon, Elderberry, Lemon, Orange, Ginger & all plain honeys and I also like it without sweetener. If your candida is out of balance I recommend sweetening with stevia or xylitol and omit honey and sugar until your are back in balance.

Brew Instructions: 1-3 tsp of tea in 8oz of hot water
Steep for 3-7 minutes or until desired strength is reached.
