Mental R&R/ Sleep- Aromatherapy Gem/ Flower Essence Spray "Myst"

I created this blend to calm down after a stressful day, or just to unwind. We are all so overloaded and over utilized in our lives and throughout our days. So, at the end of the day, it's nice to just unwind Relax and Recharge... I have used a combination of stones, Flower Essences, and Essential Oils to help with this process. To calm down and rejuvenate the senses. Included within this blend is Sweet Pea Flower Essence from Green Hope Farm with a Red Shiso Base, for added calm and peace of mind. I have charged all of the stones in Full Moon and Sunlight. I have also incorporated many different Healing Modalities during the process of creating this Essence. I'm a Reiki Master, and attune to the Healing Reiki and Crystalline energies. The base is pure spring water undiluted Mother Essence, with 20% brandy as a stabilizer.

This blend is light enough to "Myst" your Pets, and safe for Children as well. I spray both myself and my dogs to ensure a peaceful nights sleep for us all. As a Nanny, I also utilize all of my Essences with my kids. You may also "Myst" your Aura once you are home to release any stresses of the day. .

The Organic Essential oils used are Peppermint; Lavender; and Vanilla; The stones used are : Stilbite; Blue Aragonite; Scolecite; Blue Smithsonite and Herkimer Diamond. There are Moonstone crystals within the bottle, to further charge the Essence. This "Myst" is light enough to spray on linens as well, before or after sleep.
