Directions: Boil a medium pot of water. Remove from heat. Place on a heat safe surface. Test the heat of the steam with your hand. Remove clothing from the waist down. Then carefully squat or sit over the steam. Add 1/4 cup of the Yoni Steam Herbal Blend. Wrap a blanket or towel around your legs to ensure that no steam escapes. Then, sit until the steam has gone cold or the steam is gone.
